DHARMA
I was born and raised in North Sumatra, Indonesia, I spent my childhood with the tropical forest elephants and orangutans.
But, I am trained in the Bali Spa Training Center school in Denpasar, Bali ;)

Wellness has always been my passion for a long time. Since I was little, massage mixed with spirituality rituals have been taught by my families from generation to generation.

Almost all health problems, body, musculation, or stress, massage is always the first solution for us before
to go to the doctor.
I would like to share this little philosophy of life with you here in Strasbourg. Thank you for visiting my page, I made all by myself with my heart, I apologize if there are any imperfections.
Thanks and Namaste
Balinese Massage
Balinese massage is a holistic deep tissue treatment practiced on the whole body. It consists of a combination of small stretches, acupressure, reflexology and aromatherapy to stimulate the circulation of blood, oxygen and "qi" (energy) through your body bringing a feeling of well being_cc781905 -5cde-3194-bb3b-136bad5cf58d_ calm and deep relaxation.
Principle
This massage is based on the three elements of air, water and fire. These three elements are associated with three vital points: the nervous system, the digestive system and the hormonal system. Balinese massage is therefore focused on these three vital points.
It is a complete massage, which acts in depth and brings many benefits to the body. It harmoniously combines relaxation and tonicity.
Coconut oil

For Balinese Massage I always use
odorless coconut oil.
Coconut Oil is an incredible natural skincare product that can be used on even thin and fragile parts of the body. Rich in vitamins, minerals and saturated fatty acids, it deeply nourishes the epidermis and intensely hydrates it.
